About the role

Southwestern Virginia Mental Health Institute (SWVMHI) in Marion, VA, is recruiting for an 8-hour shift Registered Nurse II to join its talented and dedicated Nursing Services Team.

Schedule

• Hours: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Working at least every other weekend

Minimum qualifications

• License to practice as Registered Nurse by Virginia State Board of Nursing in the State of Virginia

Preferred qualifications

• Supervisory experience with knowledge of performance management and evaluation processes
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness, forensic, geriatric, and/or substance abuse issues
• Supervisory experience and competency in Charge Nurse role
• Computer skills, including use of electronic health record

Pay

Salary range: $87,373/yr. to $120,575/yr.
