Responsibilities

• Develop and implement appropriate plan of care based on resident assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and ensure correct administration.
• Travel to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as needed to provide care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Communicate effectively with associates, residents, and team members; read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure in good standing.

Skills

• Organizational skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
