Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality acute-care nursing care
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and operate specialized equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate electronic records
- Follow infection-control policies and safety guidelines
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Virginia RN license
- Minimum one year recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
- BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- QuantiFERON-TB Gold test completed within the past 12 months
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
