Role Overview: The RN - Critical Care - Nights provides comprehensive patient assessments, coordinates care plans, and communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. They individualize patient and family education, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and stay current with nursing standards and regulations.
