Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in an ICU setting
- Apply specialized training to provide world-class health services
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Utilize clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Support the organization's mission of compassionate service and whole-person care
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification upon hire
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred qualifications include national certification in a specialty area.
