About the role

Join Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Centennial as a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit. This fast-paced, high-acuity environment serves a diverse patient population including nephrology, neurology, endocrinology, geriatrics, surgical, medical, cardiology, pulmonology, trauma, and gastrointestinal patients. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Operate and monitor specialty devices such as Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Impella, and CRRT.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes and departmental improvements.
• Participate in shared governance through unit-based councils and system-level nursing practice initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Med Surg and ICU experience preferred.
