RN ICU Float Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

This onsite Registered Nurse position involves providing direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care following the nursing process and ICU standards, including AACN’s Synergy Model.
• Support and guide new healthcare professionals through precepting and mentorship.
• Contribute to patient safety, quality care, and clinical education.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification from recognized organizations.
