About the role

We are searching for a talented RN for the ICU unit at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA. This is a night shift position (11:15 PM – 7:15 AM) with a weekend and holiday rotation, working 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients under the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing practice standards.
• Deliver care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent (required).
• Over three months up to and including one year of experience (preferred).
• Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or sign an exemption statement for medical or personal reasons.

Pay

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay range: USD $40.35 – USD $71.76 per hour.

Schedule

• Night shift: 11:15 PM – 7:15 AM.
• 32 hours per week.
• Rotation requirement: every other weekend and every other holiday.
