Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, implement care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and administer treatments while maintaining ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and analyze patient problems to determine interventions.
• Implement and modify care plans using assessment data, standards of care, and evidence-based practice.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary partnerships in patient care.
• Integrate ethical practices in nursing and deliver care that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments according to policies and procedures.
• Evaluate patient progress towards achieving desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in KY.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days.
