RN House Supervisor - Patient Care Administration - PRN - Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital-wide nursing activities and ensure continuity of patient care
• Involving the patient, family, or designated care partner to meet educational, physical, psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and population-specific needs
• Create and implement individualized plans of care using nursing knowledge and skill
• Cook up interdisciplinary care and develop goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans
• Proactively evaluate the environment to ensure it remains patient-friendly and safe
• Participate in bedside report to support patient/family understanding, reduce anxiety, and address care concerns

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• BLS and ALS/ACLS required
• Demonstrated experience as a professional nurse with administrative and supervisory competence
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills required
• CPI (TEAM De-Escalation) Training completed within 6 months of hire
