RN- House Supervisor (FT Nights)

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Captures patient health data and performs comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Determines nursing diagnoses and identifies patient outcomes, updating the plan of care as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement an individualized plan of care.
• Delivers direct patient care, ensuring patient rights and timely treatment, while delegating tasks as necessary.
• Provides patient education and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team for patient discharge planning.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises the plan of care as required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1 year Nursing experience preferred.

SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Current Louisiana RN licensure.
• Maintains knowledge of and adheres to HIPAA regulations.
• Maintains knowledge of and adheres to safety practices.
