Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sign-on bonus: $15,000
About the role
Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. House Supervisors (RN) play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of patients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift.
- Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
- Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained.
- Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
- Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while improving operations.
Requirements
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS and ACLS required at hire
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications:
- Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience
- Prior clinical management experience
- BSN
