What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate nursing care across the facility, applying the full nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Serve as the go-to clinical leader for staff across departments, troubleshooting in real time
- Parenthetize partnerships with physicians, department leads, and care teams to keep patient outcomes on track
- Step in to guide complex or escalating situations with confidence and sound judgment
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CURRENT Illinois RN license
- CURRENT BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
- 2–3 years of hospital experience
- Strong communicator who works well across disciplines
- Resilience, stamina, and a calm presence under pressure
- Competitive pay: $40.79–$61.19/hr, based on experience and qualifications
