RN Hospice Baylor Schedule

This Hospice Baylor RN position provides expert nursing care to patients in their homes while offering a schedule designed for flexibility and work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing services and coordinate care for patients in their homes.
- Evaluate patient needs, create individualized care plans, and monitor outcomes.
- Support patients and families in understanding treatment plans and self‑care strategies.
- Work closely with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation through the EMR system.
Qualifications
- Current NJ RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient with EMR and digital tools.
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance required.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
- Work primarily in patient homes with occasional office visits.
- Use of clinical equipment, computer, and mobile technology.
- Direct patient and family contact.
Schedule
Baylor schedule: three 8‑hour shifts every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday; paid for 30 hours and considered full‑time with eligibility for full benefits.
Pay
Compensation range: USD $43.00 to USD $51.00 per hour. Offers consider scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
