RN - Hospice

Role Overview This position involves providing direct and indirect quality care to patients of all ages within a hospice setting, following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act. The nurse manages a caseload, coordinates care with the healthcare team, and travels to see patients in Jackson and Josephine counties. They work under the supervision of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on physician orders, ensuring patient comfort and supporting a peaceful end-of-life experience. Responsibilities Assessing patient needs and delivering personalized careCollaborating with healthcare team membersManaging a patient caseload within the service areaProviding education and support to familiesDocumenting care and maintaining compliance with regulations Qualifications & Skills Oregon RN license and BLS certificationAt least 1 year of medical/surgical, acute care, or long-term care experienceExperience in end-of-life (EOL) carePreferred: recent oncology, home hospice, or home health experience Additional Information Compensation includes a base pay range of $41.56 - $64.52 hourly, with potential additional incentives.
