Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes, monitoring conditions, administering treatments, medications, and educating patients and families. This role offers a calm, low-interruption environment with flexible scheduling, managing one patient at a time for better care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled nursing care at home
• Monitoring patient status and responding to changes

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred 1+ year experience
