RN Homecare- Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking highly dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Santa Maria area to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes on a per diem basis. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering personalized, high-quality care in a comfortable home environment. Adult and pediatric patient opportunities are available within an assigned service area, with orientation, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred)
