About the role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide home-based pediatric care in the Des Moines area.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient condition
- Coordinate care, education, and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state
- Valid health certificate
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- Preferably one year of RN experience
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment
- Medication administration
- Care coordination
- Ability to respond effectively to patient condition changes
