Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care, including monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments and medications, and responding to changes.
- Collaborate closely with families and care teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients confidently about their care plans.
Qualifications
- Active RN license and current BLS certification.
- Preferred 1+ year of experience.
