About the role

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications
• Manage various patient needs such as wound care, tracheostomy, g-tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration
• Create customized care plans to accommodate patient’s needs, preferences, and concerns
• Support work-life balance with weekly pay, 401(k) plan, PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits, and flexible scheduling
• Reach a Clinical Manager 24/7 for support and access to electronic charting with laptops within patient’s home
• Participate in award and recognition programs, lab training, shadowing, preceptor, and hands-on training to build confidence and prepare for various patient cases
• Build long-term relationships with patients and help them regain health and independence

Requirements

Must be a registered nurse (RN) with current licensure in Ohio. Previous home health experience is preferred but not required. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of an accredited nursing program and passing the NCLEX-RN exam. CPR certification is required.

Pay

$30 - $35 per hour
