About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare services to pediatric and adult patients, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, including day and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and revise the plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to changes in patient conditions
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the practicing state
• Health certificate
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• BLS certification
