RN - Home Care - Part Time

Job Description

Work from home and visit our home care clients, when needed. Flexible Hours

• Provide supervision to Home Caregivers and C.N.A.s.
• Visit our Clients in their own neighborhoods (usually close to our Brookfield Campus).
• Provide nursing care under the licensure of our Home Care Division--Cantata At Home & Take 2.

Requirements

• Current RN Illinois Licensure
• Driver's License + Auto Insurance + Automobile
• Previous experience as a Home Care Nurse or Home Health Care/Hospice Nurse is highly preferred.
