RN Homecare - Mid Shift

About the role

Tired of running all shift? Work one patient at a time — and actually breathe. If you're feeling pulled in every direction, this role gives you something different: one patient, a manageable pace, and the ability to deliver care the way it should be.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts depending on assignment
• Adult and pediatric patient opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
• Administer treatments and medications
• Work closely with families and care teams
• Educate patients with confidence

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred
