Homecare RN - Overnight Shifts

About the role

Seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one homecare for adult patients in Springfield, MA. This role involves overnight shifts on select days, offering full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Performing focused assessments and monitoring patient status
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Documenting patient data accurately and timely
• Providing compassionate, personalized nursing care in a home setting
• Performing additional RN duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• Valid health certificate, PPD or Chest X-ray, and BLS certification
• Homecare experience preferred but not mandatory
