Responsibilities

• Participate in a two week clinical orientation
• Assess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients
• Provide education and care strategies for patients and families
• Collaborate with VNA clinicians and external providers
• Document changes and update care plans

Qualifications

• Active RN License (BSN preferred)
• 1+ year of supervised RN experience (home health or medsurg preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Car and valid driver’s license

Working Conditions / Physical Demand

Working indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; client and customer contact.

Pay

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $40.00 to USD $49.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
