About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide pediatric home healthcare for patients with G-tubes and Broviac lines. Shifts are available during weekdays and weekends, from 8:30am to 8:30pm, offering flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
Qualifications and Skills
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Valid health certificate and BLS certification
- Current PPD or chest X-ray
- At least one year of RN experience
