About the role

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. The role involves using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiating and revising care plans as needed, and incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative actions based on diagnoses and goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient condition changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Document effectiveness of care
• Review care plans and revise as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Coordinate care and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Health certificate
• PPD or chest X-ray
• BLS certification
• One year of RN experience preferred
