About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Help patients with medication reminders and administration
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to supervising nurses
• Ensure patients' comfort and safety in their home environment
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Pass a drug test

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various home settings
