About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes, ensuring a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Create and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document outcomes
- Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with healthcare professionals
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Health certificate
- BLS certification
- PPD or chest X-ray
- One year of prior RN experience is preferred
