Responsibilities

• Handle surprises with calm confidence
• Communicate effectively with patients and peers
• Document clinical outcomes accurately
• Manage travel within a 40-mile radius
• Be responsible for timely documentation and clinical outcomes

Requirements

• RN license in Texas
• 3–5 years of nursing experience
• Home Health experience
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, valid auto insurance
• TB test and current CPR certification
