About the role
Provide compassionate care in home settings, assisting patients with daily activities and managing their health.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare provider
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Valid state nursing license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for home visits
