About the Role
Join a growing home-health care team as a Registered Nurse, delivering skilled nursing services to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting, including comprehensive assessments, individualized care-plan development, and patient-progress monitoring per physician orders.
- Administer and manage specialized clinical treatments: IV therapy, PEG-tube care, midline-catheter care and flushing, venipuncture for laboratory draws, urinary-catheter changes, tracheostomy care, and ostomy care.
- Deliver advanced wound management: wound assessments, dressing changes, compression-wrap application, and Negative-Pressure Wound Therapy (Wound VAC) management.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication administration, infection prevention, medical-equipment use, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, communicate patient-condition changes to the interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with agency policies, Medicare guidelines, and professional nursing standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Experience with Home Health, HCHB, and OASIS documentation
Pay
$55.00 – $57.00/hour (W-2) plus mileage reimbursement. Travel pay package up to $2,500/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend).
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 40-hour weekly guarantee
- No on-call or weekend requirement
