RN - Home Health

Pride Health is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Corpus Christi, TX. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting while working independently across the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the assigned coverage area.
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS documentation.
• Accurately document patient visits using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• Previous Home Health Field RN experience required.
• Experience completing OASIS assessments required.
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.

Pay

$53–$57 per hour, with a weekly hour guarantee of 32 hours.

Schedule

• Day shifts
• 13-week contract, starting ASAP
• On-call preferred: one week every six weeks
