RN Home Care Clinical Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Winston-Salem, NC office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult clients throughout the surrounding area. We believe our clients and their families deserve home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct assessments in Winston-Salem, NC, and surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
