About the role

This role involves providing dedicated home care support for a patient in Exeter, NH with complex needs, including seizure disorder, developmental disability, and G-tube support.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Administer medications and manage treatments per care plan
• Maintain patient condition and respond to changes or emergencies
• Offer G-tube care and support seizure management needs
• Communicate regularly with the patient's healthcare team (physician, NP, case manager)
• Offer compassionate emotional support to the patient and family

Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of New Hampshire
• Pediatric or home care experience preferred
• Experience with G-tube care and seizure management strongly preferred
• CPR certification (renewal classes available through Interim HealthCare)
• A calm, confident, and compassionate approach to complex care
• Strong ability to work independently
