About the role

Our Tucson Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about geriatric or pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We provide high-quality, compassionate care to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide hands-on care with only one client per day
• Build client relationships and watch their milestones

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach care experience preferred, but not required

Qualifications

• Passionate about geriatric or pediatric care
• Ability to travel to various client homes
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Schedules can vary per client and consist of 4, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
