About the role
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates patient care with other departments
- Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
- Performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values
- Deliver compassionate patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and safety
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential
