About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You will be part of a collaborative team that supports each other while providing excellent care to patients across multiple nursing areas. As a Float Pool RN, you will:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care through nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
