RN - Float Pool - Part Time - Weekend Option

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process, ensuring accountability and coordination with other departments. Responsibilities: Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, functions within scope of nursing practice and established guidelines, aligns with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months recent), nursing degree (BSN preferred), current RN license in Missouri, BLS and ACLS certifications. Key Duties: Floats across various units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics, gaining broad clinical experience, enhancing assessment and communication skills. Skills: Adaptability to dynamic environments, strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
