About the role
Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patient needs and develops care plans accordingly.
- Provides direct patient care, including medication administration and documentation.
- Maintains accurate and timely patient records.
- Coordinates care with other healthcare professionals and ancillary departments.
- Maintains a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program.
- Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
- One year of clinical nursing experience.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within the probation period.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program.

- Experience: One year of clinical nursing experience.
- Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
