Facility Float Pool RN - Part-Time

About the role

Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinate care with other departments, adhere to nursing practice guidelines, and uphold the organization's mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care within scope and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and institutional policies.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and reaching as required.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved professional nurse program.
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
