Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. Responsibilities

• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
• Performs duties aligned with nursing guidelines, organizational philosophy, and ethical standards
• Functions within the scope of practice

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with required equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care nursing experience
• At least six months of recent acute care experience

Physical Skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical movements such as reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
