RN - Float Pool - Part Time - Night

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process and professional standards, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care across departments. The Float Pool is suited for adaptable nurses who enjoy diverse clinical environments and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability within scope of practice
• Functions according to established nursing guidelines
• Aligns with organizational mission, values, and standards

Key Duties

• Floats across various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics, and more
• Provides broad clinical experience, assessment, and communication skills

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months recent)
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in Missouri
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
