RN Float Pool Nurse - Mother/Baby

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in women and infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practices. Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, safe, and effective care by applying the nursing process, prioritizing patient wellness, and supporting a multidisciplinary team approach. Act as a preceptor to new healthcare staff, contribute to quality improvement, and uphold standards set by professional organizations. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license, relevant certification, and at least 6 months of women and infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. BLS certification required, NRP preferred within 6 months of hire. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.
