About the Role

Providence is offering a full-time, night shift RN Maternal Float Pool Fellowship at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. This position operates on a variable schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend. The RN Fellow program provides a guided transition into a new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

This opportunity is ideal for RNs with more than 12 months of continuous work experience who are ready to transition into a new specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class health care with a focus on patient-centered, whole-person care.
  • Participate in a structured fellowship program to transition into maternal nursing.
  • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire).
  • National Provider NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics (within 6 months/180 days of hire).
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).

Pay

Pay range: $57.30 - $82.60 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full-time, night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) on a variable schedule, including every other weekend.
