Summary of Job Duties
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients. As a professional nurse, the nursing process is utilized in the provision of care. The RN practices within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and adheres to institutional policies, procedures and standards.
The RN is responsible to adhere to the standard of care defined by UAMS, ANA, and Standards for specialty patient population with support and mentoring by other team members.
The RN delivers nursing care for patients within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and adheres to institutional policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited RN nursing program.
- Current Valid RN License
- Two (2) years of RN experience in respective field
- Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends
- Must have excellent charge/leadership skills, and basic computer skills

Schedule: 7A-7P or 7P-7A with rotating weekends as needed
