RN FLOAT POOL (36 HRS/WK, DAYS)

About the role

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool in Kankakee, Illinois. The RN will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing various medical, surgical, and cardiac treatments with emphasis in ortho/neuro diagnoses.

Requirements

• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, BCLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to excellence in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates flexibility with assignments within professional scope/duties/licensure.
