About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through all life stages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth and accountability, and ensure standards of practice are maintained. The nurse coordinates patient care activities among staff to deliver high-quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible. Optional hospital experience or PRN hospital experience preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or multistate license (NLC/eNCL).
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
