RN – Float Pool - Days

About the role

At Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, our Float Pool RNs work within one hospital only, supporting Med/Surg and Telemetry units. This role offers variety with the stability of a single team, ideal for nurses seeking broader clinical experience without frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Build broad clinical experience without traveling between facilities
• Step in where needed to make an immediate impact

Requirements

• Registered Nurse in the State of Practice
• BSN in Nursing preferred
• One year of experience or less if transitioning from the NLRN Program
• BLS certification
• ACLS is unit dependent

Qualifications

Pay

• Night Shift: 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
