About the role
A Registered Nurse contributes to AHF by ensuring satisfactory patient/customer service, monitoring patient timelines, evaluating and improving the quality of patient care in the Healthcare Centers, and documenting services for compliance and reporting. The RN displays qualities of being knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated to HIV/AIDS specialty health plan members, enhancing AHF’s reputation through strong interpersonal relations and patient-centered care. The role involves providing feedback to management to improve service and advocating for AHF’s top initiatives while upholding the organization’s Core Values and Mission.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patient timelines and ensure satisfactory patient/customer service.
- Evaluate and improve the quality of patient care in Healthcare Centers.
- Document services performed for compliance and reporting purposes.

Requirements
- Active Multistate RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
